INTERESES DE PRESTAMOS DE DINERO. LIMITACIONES LEGALES Y EFECTOS CIVILES DE SU ABUSIVIDAD EN EL DERECHO ROMANO
Abstract
El trabajo estudia las limitaciones a los intereses en las diferentes épocas establecidas por la ley de las XII Tablas, las leges foneraticias y los emperadores en las épocas postclásicas y justinianea para posteriormente reseñar las consecuencias civiles de acordar/pactar intereses ilegítimos. El estudio finaliza con unas conclusiones en las que se refleja la aplicación de las soluciones juridicas romanas al problema planteado por las clausulas suelo en el derecho español.
